There should be some basic functionalities available from a GUI, like:
add/remove feeds, refresh feed list, maybe an about box

They should be available from:
a) a simple menu (i.e. Floaty > the listed functions) and if implemented in a menu, then a close(which closes window) and a quit (which closes the window and quits the service) would be welcome

b) a toolbar (according to design mockups this won't happen)

c) in a box (like the feeds) where could be a add a remove feed, a refresh and an about button
