No, it was rewritten as js::LifoAlloc.

The interface changes are straightforward, JS_ARENA_MARK => js::LifoAlloc::mark. For the JS_ARENA_ALLOCATE_CAST there's are ::new_ and ::alloc_ functions on the LifoAlloc.
