Comment 67 for bug 597825

Yeah the existence of the setting to turn it back on is kind of peripheral to the issue, by default we underline a letter in each menu item when we shouldn't, which introduces a good amount of visual noise to the main window. This bug might end up getting invalidated by a removal of the menu bar though.
