WIP 3
This patch fixes the Alt toggling problem. I also attempted to fix the menu and Alt key behavior, but it seems like the menu bar frame object can't get access to a proper nsIWidget (nsWindow object). If someone can help me figure out how to access the nsWindow object from the menu bar frame, that would be great.
I've submitted another try server build, and I'll post a link when it's available.
