Here's my work in progress which doesn't work completely. I've run into some problems with this patch, which I asked about here <http://groups.google.com/group/microsoft.public.win32.programmer.ui/browse_thread/thread/fdfcaf203c28a8fb#> but I haven't got any replies yet.

I won't have enough time to work on this for some time, but if someone else wants to step up, that would be great.
