If I could cast negative votes, I would do so for this bug. Hiding keyboard
accelerators like this may prevent the user from ever realizing that menus can
be used from the keyboard, and thus may permanently slow them down.

In other words, Windows 2000 has got it wrong enough, and the difference in
appearance is minor enough, for it to be a good idea for Mozilla to be
deliberately inconsistent with the OS in this case. (In my opinion.)
