re comment 24, you can get the tray menus to show underlines [w2k and beyond].
ctrl-escape, escape, tab (quicklaunch), tab (applist), tab (system tray), arrows
(select the thing you want), context key (get menu including access keys
underlined).

Note that the number of tabs to get from the start button to the system tray
will be at least two, but can vary by taskbar depending on what toolbars are
present, i just happen to have the default config.
