Hmm, strange, looks like part:
  const unsigned long kInitSaveResolution = 0x00000400;
  const unsigned long kInitSaveDuplex = 0x00000800;
disappeared from patch during checkin somehow, maybe bitrotten patch? I'm sorry about difficulties. Attaching fresh patch against today sources.
