Robert: that doesn't really make BitTorrent downloads as easy to use as HTTP/FTP
downloads :-) I think we can assume that anything served as
application/x-torrent, just as anything served as application/octet-stream, is
for saving to disk. This narrowing of focus avoids a load of UI issues.
