Some additional information about your problem would be really helpful however, so please bear with some questions that may seem stupid! I'm not sure your problem has to do with gnome-do, as your bug report states. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're browsing the web with Firefox, and then it crashes, right? If Firefox is already up and running, the problem is not with gnome-do. Also, what version of Ubuntu are you running? Firefox 3 comes preloaded on Hardy (8.04) and Intrepid (8.10) - this is important because Mozilla is not planning to continue supporting Firefox 2 for much longer.
