Comment 17 for bug 25830

I believe the logic that controls this kind of thing is presently
in: uriloader/exthandler/nsExternalHelperAppService.cpp

I also believe that profile/defaults/mimeTypes.rdf has fields that
may or may not allow for this already, but I don't know because even
after asking for several months that database has not yet been
documented. Sigh.
