Comment 152 for bug 25830

So, contrary to the above comments, I do not really want to expose this
interface on aContext... currently that's just the docshell, but if it should
expose reDispatch, I need to extend that context, probably wrap it somehow. that
doesn't seem worth the code to me. On the other hand, adding it to docshell's
list of interfaces seems wrong - getting this from a docshell is, I think, not
something we want to support.
