It appears that it doesn't send a Content-Type: at all, and that apparently,
this is interpreted as application/octet-stream
I can't always repro this; don't know if they have multiple servers or if
they're changing their configuration back and forth between something which
works with Mozilla and something which doesn't.
In any event, I would very much like to be able to specify that it's just HTML
and it should be opened in the browser and not Saved As ... anything.
I have found that http:// www.spamhaus. org/ will frequently bring up the "Save As
..." dialog.
