please, keep that discussion out of this RFE. it is working as designed, and
pretty unrelated to this bug. bugzilla attachments do not exhibit this
behaviour, because their content-type header is neither "text/plain" nor
"text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1". please discuss further issues with this in a
newsgroup, private mail, or different bug. thank you.
