If you have hyper-threading, font, histroy, flash, proxy or other problems then you should not report in this bug, find some of the other threading bugs and report there. I believe most have been fixed apart from one proxy and perhaps a new hyperthreading problem.
This is a threading or network access (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=266627#c28) issue in Mozilla/Gecko based browsers on all operating systems, certainly regular users have managed to get as close as they can. IMHO we need to get a Dev involved to try to track this down.
Beats me why it still says "Linux", obviously anybody who can change that flag is not reading the bug base... :-(
I would change the name to "Gecko based browsers freeze 3-10 seconds every time i open a link" if I could, as it happens too Galleon and in new windows (e.g not just tabs) too.
Tom and David Balažic seem to have the problem. Artem and Felipe have another problem.
Check comment 26 for what we are trying to find: https:/ /bugzilla. mozilla. org/show_ bug.cgi? id=266627# c26
