In fact, you are using an outdated version.
I'm using:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050410
Firefox/1.0+

And that www.bungie.net site scrolls just as slow as the link I posted.
