Comment 80 for bug 125970

The problem with declaring that a testcase works or not is that this effect is
resolution-dependent. The most recently mentioned testcase scrolls horribly for
me at 1600x1200, which I use normally, but if I resize the window to say,
800x600, it works fine. It's not a version issue since I'm using Gecko/20050404
