I really hate "me too" comments, and don't mean to make one here... but I have to say I cannot imagine Firefox 3 going out with this bug.
A lot of sites, including MySpace pages as some have noted, blogs, etc. are affected by this bug. While it's true some may change things to workaround this bug - that's really bad from an evangelism perspective.
I know that it's already RC1, and I'm figuring honestly there's no chance for this bug. Worse, I'd try to help and make a patch or at least troubleshoot the code, but I really don't have time in the next few weeks to do so - just to complain. Still, I wish this was getting more attention - even if it has to be for 3.1... then I could tell people of the light at the end of the tunnel.
