First of all: do you have this problem?

secondly, the only difference between 3.0 and 2.0 is that 3.0 is really slower!
you can't almost scroll in this site... http://www.oakparkfoundation.org/

in both versions the cpu usage is pushed to 100% for the duration of
the scrolling
