- first, i hope this was firefogg.org, last time i checked firefogg.com is some domain grabber.

Just checked again nad it installs fine on Windows 7 here. Can you try again with Firefox after clearing your cache?
Are you behind some firewall that could be a problem?
If this still does not work I can upload Firefogg to an alternative url to see if that helps... let me know.
