Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something here, but I noticed that the 2D report by Account/Period does not consider ingoing Transfers in its graph.
Example: two Accounts, acc1 and acc2, with the following Transactions/Transfers:
acc1 +10 (opening amount)
acc2 +10 (opening amount)
acc2 -05 (transfer out to acc1)
acc1 +05 (transfer in from acc2)
The resulting graph would show for acc1: x=10 (wrong, should be 15) and for acc2: x=5 (correct).
I did not check if the other 2D report options (Category/Period, Location/Period etc) show a similar behaviour.
