Bug Description
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding something here, but I noticed that the 2D report by Account/Period does not consider ingoing Transfers in its graph.
Example: two Accounts, acc1 and acc2, with the following Transactions/
acc1 +10 (opening amount)
acc2 +10 (opening amount)
acc2 -05 (transfer out to acc1)
acc1 +05 (transfer in from acc2)
The resulting graph would show for acc1: y=10 (wrong, should be 15) and for acc2: y=5 (correct).
I did not check if the other 2D report options (Category/Period, Location/Period etc) show a similar behaviour.

I have this problem too, and I notice you the transfers not count in the whole Reports.
This feature is major priority for me because:
1. I get salary on A account
2. I auto transfer amount for save to B account (what I tag "Save for house")
3. "Transactions reports by project" bar chart report and the "Transaction report by project and period" line chart are empty at "Save for house"
I checked the all of reports, but the transfers aren't shown.
