Hello,

I've did as you requested. Installed a fresh copy of ubuntu 8.10 final dated at 30.10.08. Activated fglrx through jockey and the outcome is still the same. This time, when I've booted to liveCD and do the same thing, amdcccle said it was the same thing as for installed ubuntu.

I'm attaching my Xorg.log as requested.
