In my Toshiba NB305, with Ubuntu Netbook Edition 10.10, kernel 2.6.36 and xorg-edgers PPA, suspend-to-disk and suspend-to-ram works fine.

Boot time is ok, less then 30 seconds.

No GRUB boot line edits.
