One more thing - it doesn't have to do with Firefox/emacs/whatever. It happened when I moved the mouse cursor from the left screen to the right one and vice versa.

I have two 24" displays at 1920x1200 attached via DVI.

I've never had this problem with Fedora 12 which I've been running extensively until a few days ago.
