Comment 18 for bug 168648

I'm a big fan of support for smaller icons (are they svg to begin with?) and the possibility of a smaller or no minimum window size. Smaller toolbar icons may help with that.

The new layout in 0.46 is nice, but I need to hide my Gnome toolbars to use Inkscape on my main laptop running at 1024x768. That may not seem like an ideal graphics development setup - but its all I gots.
