VNC / "Desktop Sharing" disabled here.

Ubuntu 12.04 64bit on i915 with dual screen setup and latest VirtualBox from repository.

As a workaround, removing 'keyboard.gnome-settings-plugin' as suggested by mikem-6 helped! Thanks.
