These patches should resolve the issue:

Ubuntu packagers should incorperate these to prevent Evolution from asking for passwords.

I have executed
$ autoconf $ ./configure $ automake
to those opened packages but it does not seem to affect anything? (Lubuntu 16.04.2 LTS) Still asking for Evolution password (it is locked).
