Tested the following and none works:
--gpg-options "passphrase-file=file"
--gpg-options "passphrase-file file"
--gpg-options "--passphrase-file=file"
--gpg-options "--passphrase-file file"

It will always result in: PASSPHRASE variable not set, asking user.
