I second his finding on "cdrecord -immed"!! It DOES work on my 'QSI CDRW/DVD
SBW-241' (finally!) woot!

Of course, I tested it 4x to be sure before I replied. Please submit this
temporary fix before all owners of 'QSI' CD drive lose their hairs! :-)
