Specifically, instances of:
hci0: last event is not cmd complete (0x0f)
are spurious so the message shouldn't be appearing at all. Because 0x0f == HCI_EV_CMD_STATUS. Just ignore the message. Future kernels won't show that message thanks to this fix from Intel:
