Comment 887 for bug 1

I would disagree with the view that Europe is far ahead of the US when it comes to free software. European governments dont know about or care about Ubuntu or GNU/linux in general. I live in Ireland and we cant even get ubuntu from dell. I think that service is only available in the UK and the US so people in the US and the UK can say that they are well ahead of many countries when it comes to breaking the stranglehold of MS.
