Pecise quality can be critical to this bug to be solved, since many people who's not using Ubuntu is because being sometimes buggy and having a non polished interface. With this Long Term Support edition Unity is so much better than before, and we have a great oportunity to make an all-rounded operating system. The point here is to make in-deep beta testing, so lets make this project a reality now.
