I represent Latvian State Joint Stock Company Latvia Post, which is owner of brand e-me (www.e-me.lv), under which it delivers CA cervices.
We are Trusted Certification Services Provider according to local and European laws for 2 years now, what can be verified at Latvian Data State Inspection (www.dvi.gov.lv, Trusted service providers list: http://www.dvi.gov.lv/edokumenti/pak_sniedz/). We do have our Root Cert included in MS IE Trusted Roots List.
We do follow following standards in our practice: ETSI TS 101 456; ETSI TS 102 023; ISO/IEC TR 13335-1, 2, 3; CWA 14167-1:2004; CWA 14167-2:2004; CWA 14171:2004.
Our certificates are located here: http://info.e-me.lv/en/atbalsts/CA_sertif/index.html
Our policy documents are available here: http://info.e-me.lv/en/pakalpojumi/dokumentacija/politikas/index.htm
Our compliance to standards, required to be followed by Latvian law, is verified by independent auditor (KPMG), using WebTrust for CA assessment methodology. Audit report is available upon request.

Therefore we would like you to consider inclusion of Latvia Post Root CA certificate in Mozilla.org CA list.
