I'm testing this and so far it is working for me, I pushed a signoff branch to https://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=working/Evergreen.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/collab/dyrcona/lp1931737-dym-deadlock-fix-signoff

And a branch with an additional commit to make it work on rel_3_7 to https://git.evergreen-ils.org/?p=working/Evergreen.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/collab/dyrcona/lp1931737-dym-deadlock-fix-rel_3_7

I have not pushed these to the main repository because my parallel ingest is still running. Also, this can probably wait until early next week to go in.
