Comment 7 for bug 1807257

I'm not sure if hiding them is ideal; I think it would be best to have a consistent org tree everywhere that staff can see one (barring any custom org trees though that's opac-only). I can see where a very long list with few options could be irritating but there is type-ahead search / autocomplete.
