Comment 7 for bug 1228392

In the interest of incremental improvements, here is a simple fix we've been running for a year or two: just allow the mapped fields to show up without doing anything special. This does mean the user needs to "reach through" the map table themselves, but it works, at least for what we've needed it for.

If someone doesn't point out why this is a really bad idea, I am guessing we'd need a similar "fix" for the web-staff side (haven't looked yet).
