At long last, here's a branch to reduce the number of connections per host account made by the fetcher.

Despite having "wip" in the name, it seems to be pretty much done. The code is change is relatively simple: It removes duplicate entries from the list of accounts to check in the core EDI retrieval function. Duplicates are detected by host, username, password, and directory. This filters the CW MARS list from 180 entries down to 29!
