Comment 6 for bug 922249

Tested the latest version of this branch based on tsbere's last rebase. I went and rebased it again to current master and fixed a conflict in Open-ILS/xul/staff_client/chrome/content/cat/opac.js.

For some reason tsbere's latest branch didn't include the sign-offs from dyrcona's though.
