Comment 4 for bug 712490

I saw this bug occur after we would merge two duplicate authority records that had bibs linked to at least one of the auth records (or both of them). This was a couple of years ago, at every EG conference since 2012 someone mentions that bug to me. Good to know that there was a an existing LP bug for it.
