Seeing this now in 3.12.3 - oddly, it seems like we did *not* see this immediately after our upgrade (May), we routinely get hold lists of many, many hundreds and staff are quick to see issues.

Unchecking Pre-fetch All Holds eliminates the problem of row data repeating and row counts increasing, BUT it changes the Hold Count when there are more rows than display in one page. I am looking at a title with 175 holds, pre-fetch is not selected, and 100 rows display. The first page hold count it 100, the second page count is 75. Ideal the hold count should reflect the total count for the context OU selecte.
