Bug Description
Spinning this off from bug 1584821.
In BOOPAC 3.12, there are still minor consistencies between the display of My Lists items and the display of item lists in the Checked Out, Holds, etc. My Account interfaces.
To wit:
-- The table of items in My Lists does not have full cell borders, as it does in the other My Account interfaces
-- The column headers are click-to-sort but there is no arrow indicating sort direction as there is in other My Account interfaces
