More consistency in UI between My Account lists and bookbag lists

In an effort to provide a more consistent experience to the user, I think we should make the UIs for the My Lists screen and some My Account screens (Items Out, Checkout History, Holds) more similar.

We could do so by taking the following steps:

- The click-to-support column headers in the Items Out, Checkout History, and Hold screens are implemented with a different style than the ones in My Lists. In the former screens, the column headers are bold and, after a user clicks them, an arrow appears showing the user how the list is being sorted (ascending or descending). In contrast, the My List headings are not bold and do not display an arrow. My preference is to change the My List headings to look more like the ones used in the other account screens.

- The behavior when clicking the column headings is different. In My List, clicking the heading changes the sort behavior of that specific column, toggling between ascending and descending order. In the other account screens, we see similar behavior, but there is also a step that restores the list to its default sort order. My preference is to change the My account screens to only toggle between ascending / descending order. See related bug 1584807

- In most My Account screens, the headers are on a white background while the specific titles are listed with a grey background. However, in My Lists, the column headers have a grey background while the titles are listed with a white background. I think the user would benefit from a consistent experience here too. My preference is to use the grey background for the listed titles since it looks a bit nicer to me.

Adding a note that we addressed the 3rd bulletpoint in bug 1612274 and I'm about to address the 2nd bulletpoint by merging the code from bug 1584807. The inconsistency cited in the first bulletpoint are still and issue.

BOOPAC 3.12: Column headers in My Lists are bolded, but still do not show the arrow. Additionally, the columns are all outlined in other My Accounts interfaces but not in My Lists.

However, since the rest of the issues of this bug were addressed and I'm adding another issue, I've made a spinoff bug 2058776 and will close this one.
