Printing Holds Grid prints hold status number instead of text

Printing the holds grid (from View Holds, for example) prints the hold status number instead of the desired text. Patch coming momentarily.

Note that this code fixes the immediate problem at hand, but I opened https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/2051037 for the larger problem.

One thing needed is using $localize to make it possible to translate the strings. E.g.,

    return $localize`Waiting for Item`;
