Bug Description
Tested in Evergreen 3.11
The Navigation buttons (Start, Previous, Next, End and Back to Results) on the Record summary screen in the Staff Client are squished together. In Previous versions the spacing was further apart and looked more like buttons then links. See screen shot of what they look like now.
