Search result pagination padding is gone on individual records

As noted in bug 1991294 comments, the pagination of search results just under the record summary (screenshot attached) has lost its padding, making the links very small and difficult to click.

Noting that the issue arose due to link button style changes introduced in the fix for bug 1615714.

To test, search for something in the catalog that will return more than one record (I used "avenge"). Click any result. Look for the start/end/previous/next navigation just below the record summary; note the space around the links.
