Bug Description
Breaking out a specific item from bug 1965985 that we haven't addressed yet: On search result pages the facets appear before the search results in the document flow, so getting to the search results takes a long time.
We should rearrange the markup so the search results appear first in the DOM.
Navigating the search results page would also be improved by having a skip link (bug 1744629) and more accurate headings and landmarks (bug 2015153).
