In the staff catalog > MARC Search tab, you can right-click the plus and minus icons next to the value input and inspect the accessibility properties. The Accessible Name should be "Add Search Row" and "Remove Search Row", whereas before they were "add_circle_outline" and "remove_circle_outline".
