To test:
1. Compile and install this branch
2. `cd Open-ILS/src/eg2`
3. `MOZ_HEADLESS=1 ng e2e`
4. In the output, confirm that a bunch of checks say 'aXe rule', and that they pass

Note that this branch also contains the fix to bug 2035287, to get the nightwatch tests back on track.
