Library staff can set the date for when a patron claims they returned an item, but they cannot edit the date in the case of a mistaken entry.
The ability to change the 'claims returned' date should be an action included in the 'other circulations' action menu.
Additionally, the 'claims returned' date should be a displayable field in the the 'other circulations' grid.
